Tonyrefail Food Coop.

Tonyrefail Food Coop was established in October 2010 and was initially supported by Rhondda Housing Association and Communities First.

It is a service for the community, run by community volunteers, providing high quality fresh fruit, vegetables, salad and eggs on a weekly basis. The goods are ordered directly from a local supplier and delivered on the day of distribution, ensuring that customers recieve their produce in prime condition.

How does it work?

Pay and order one Friday and pick your order the following week. It's that simple. The only thing we ask is that your order is collected between 10.30am and 12.30pm. Payment for the next weeks order can be made when you collect your produce. This enables us to pay our suppliers promptly. If circumstances mean you cannot collect during this time it may be possible to leave your order with Communities First staff for collection before 3.30pm. However we cannot guarantee that this service will be available every week. As a not for profit organisation we are unable to provide refunds for uncollected bags.
